Service Description

LearnPBL is a scientific research project learning platform for secondary school students and teachers. The platform uses an AI Coach to help students complete PBL scientific inquiry projects, and provides teachers with progress tracking and approval tools.

Account Registration

When registering, you must provide a valid email address. Student users must be at least 13 years old, or use the platform under teacher or parent supervision. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred.

Academic Integrity

When using this platform, you must comply with the following academic integrity principles:

• The AI Coach is for guiding thinking only — it must not replace students in completing core research work
• Submitted work must be completed by the student — no plagiarism or AI ghost-writing
• All referenced sources must be accurately cited — no fabrication
• The platform has built-in originality detection — results are shared with teachers for reference

Violations may result in work being flagged for review or account suspension.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this platform for:

• Uploading false, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage platform operations
• Collecting other users' personal information for unauthorized purposes
• Using platform content for commercial promotion or unauthorized redistribution

Intellectual Property

Student project work belongs to the student (or their guardian). Platform infrastructure, AI Coach dialogue logic, and assessment tools are owned by the platform operator. This platform is only an implementation tool for PBL project learning and bears no responsibility for assessment outcomes.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided 'as is' and is not responsible for: service interruptions due to force majeure, data loss from user error, or AI Coach unavailability due to third-party AI service failures.

Service Changes

The platform operator reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
