We collect personal information you actively provide, including your name, email address, class information, and project content. When you use the AI Coach, conversation content is temporarily stored to maintain continuity.

How We Use Information

Your information is used to: provide personalized learning guidance, track project criteria completion, and support the teacher approval workflow. We do not use your personal information for advertising or third-party marketing.

Data Storage

All data is stored in a self-managed local PostgreSQL database (on-premise or private cloud) with TLS encryption. AI conversation content is retained for a maximum of 30 days after the conversation ends, then automatically deleted.

Third-Party Services

This platform uses DeepSeek or OpenAI APIs for the AI Coach. Per these providers' policies, your conversation data may be used for model improvement but not for personalized advertising. Please review the relevant provider's privacy policy before use.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, export, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact your teacher or platform administrator.

Cookie Usage

This platform uses essential cookies to maintain login state and session security. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Local data storage

The PWA may cache static browser resources on this device. Project edits require a working connection and are saved only after the server confirms the request:

• Project edits: Edits made offline are not saved for later synchronization.
• Cached resources: Static resources such as fonts, images, and the offline fallback page; editable project content is not available offline

Your rights:

• You can delete all local data at any time using the browser's "Clear site data" button
• An edit that was not saved while offline is not retained for later synchronization
• The browser cache is not the authoritative copy of project data; successful server saves are the source of truth
